On the downside, the outdoor pool was unheated and far too chilly for a January dip. The air conditioning unit in one room was dirty and ineffective, and there were issues with housekeeping—such as forgetting to place strawberries at the breakfast buffet. charging for a cappuccino at breakfast felt a bit excessive given the daily room rate. Finally, the cleanliness in common areas left something to be desired, which is not what you'd expect at this level.

We had a wonderful time! The suite was stunning with a breathtaking view of both the lagoon and the forest. Our kids loved the breakfast variety, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when we faced a dental emergency. We'll definitely be back!

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in Knysna with best value. The indoor pool with beautiful views was a highlight for relaxing. Consider cooking your own breakfast instead of the buffet.

I had an incredible time during my three-night stay, enjoying spacious, stylish apartments that offered breathtaking views of the golf course and Knysna. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I really appreciated the friendly staff who suggested delicious room service meals after our late arrival. The breakfast buffet truly stood out, providing a great variety of fresh options, making the mornings delightful. I think the restaurant could use a bit more planning, especially during busy hours.

We had a blast visiting the decks by the river and enjoyed some great barbecues. The golf course layout is super fun with five par 3s and a few par 5s for a good mix.
